The Calgary Concert Band

The Calgary Concert Band is believed to be Calgary's premier professional concert band. It is an organization which
has been an integral part of the city's musical landscape for over 50 years.

Auditions are currently ongoing in most sections of the band. Anyone wishing to audition should contact Bob Crosby,
Personnel Manager@403-271-7713 or b_crosby@telus.net , regarding time/place and availability of openings in each section.
Auditions typically consist of attending 2-3 rehearsals, which may be followed by a short, private audition with the Music Director,
Associate Director and the Section Leader.

We have rehearsals every Tuesday, 7:30 to 9:30 pm, in the band room of William Aberhart High School (3009 Morley
Trail NW).
